I am passionate about natural light photography and capturing every fleeting moment of raising a family. From pregnancy, to birth and beyond, I strive to capture organic moments as they unfold, documenting memories for families to cherish forever. I always include a few photos of everyone smiling at my lens, but I love to curate galleries full of playful moments and laughter between you and your family. I want to capture the essence of your relationships so you have tangible memories of all the moments that seem ordinary and everyday - the ones you'll never want to forget.
My photography journey began when I was just a teen, having been gifted a 35mm film camera that my father bought overseas when serving in the army. The magic of shooting and developing film was an amazing way to channel my creativity. After having children, I began to transition into digital photography, eventually adopting my editing style that is reminiscent of classic film stocks. Tones are soft, grain is subtle and the look is timeless.
Outside of photography, I am the wife of the mailman and mama to two amazing children. We live in a little seaside town in South Orange County, and love to have our feet firmly planted in the sand.

YOUR SESSION
Prior to your appointment, you can expect information on how to prepare for your session and pull together wardrobe selections that will complement the environment. I love to collaborate with clients on how to style the family – keeping the focus on what makes your family unique and setting us up to have a fun, carefree time together. At our session, I will guide your family in several poses for portraits, but you can also expect me to encourage playful interactions, joke telling and snuggles.
Family photos can sometimes be stressful, so I try my best to take care of the finer details so you can enjoy the experience. I take pride in helping children feel comfortable and helpful during our sessions, offering them to take their own photos on my camera so they feel immersed in the process. My goal is that your children, and your whole family, walk away having had fun and making a new friend. I hope your gallery becomes a family heirloom, reminding you of the love and connection in your family’s every day.
